We had a really detailed conversation today—one in which Oshane took over an hour, and I don’t mean just a quick sales pitch. It was genuinely excellent, personal, and above all, easy to understand. Oshane walked me through the entire socialPALS interface at his own pace and explained step by step how the system works, how I can work with it, and what opportunities it opens up for me and my business. I could ask questions at any time and I never felt like anything was being rushed through. On the contrary—he went into every point thoroughly and truly took the time needed to make sure everything was clear and understandable. What I liked especially was that the conversation wasn’t just informative—it was also very pleasant, relaxed, and personable. Oshane doesn’t just have extensive expertise; he can explain the different functions in a way that you immediately understand them and can then apply them yourself. For me, that’s exactly what matters in good consulting. I left the conversation with lots of new ideas, a much better understanding, and a really good feeling. You can tell right away that Oshane puts a lot of commitment into his work—and that it’s important to him that the customer really understands the possibilities of socialPALS and can use them in a meaningful way for their own business. Sadly, such thorough and honest advice isn’t a given these days. That’s why I want to say thank you—very deliberately.
