Warning: subscription trap! It automatically renews and charges you continuously. The cancellation option is very hard to find! The content isn't particularly good... A total letdown.

I am a fundraiser at Malteser International and learned about the text analysis tool in a seminar. Every day I write applications, cover letters and letters that have to be convincing and easy to understand for donors. I have canceled my Premium subscription. There was about 6 months left to run and I had paid for 1 year. The money was not refunded, but the Premium access was blocked.
