Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with our experience working with this company. Due to sudden political and economic changes within our company, we were forced to reassess our expenses. Within just a few weeks, our situation changed so drastically that we were unable to use the services offered or bear the associated costs. It is important to note that we never even actively used the platform. Despite early communication and a transparent explanation of our situation, no goodwill was shown. Instead, we continue to receive monthly invoices, accompanied by reminders, threats of legal action, and additional fees. I find this to be extremely inappropriate and not very customer-oriented. I would have expected some degree of flexibility or at least a discussion on equal terms in this situation. Unfortunately, the impression is that economic interests are being prioritized above all else without compromise. Under these circumstances, I cannot recommend working with them.
