Just discovered on a website. On principle 1 star for this forced advertising Fortunately, there are various methods to bypass this junk and block the pop-up window

Hello, thank you very much for your input. We are very sorry that you feel that way. At Welect, we believe that forcing advertising on people is no longer appropriate. Therefore, our placements are designed to allow people to choose which ads they watch. In doing so, users have the choice to continue to surf with adblockers. However, we also try to give media and publishers a way to make money from people despite AdBlocker (so you can consume their content in the future). Unfortunately not open source and I think that if people want to have their ad blockers, so be it. Not only because advertising is simply annoying, but also so that you are not simply tracked. And by the fact that Welect is not open source, people don't know if they will be tracked eventually or not. Still 2 stars instead of one, because I think the idea is good for smaller websites. But now for big ones like Web, Focus or GutefrageNET (from where I also got attention) I find this very illogical because I think that balancing wouldn't be so bad so 50/50 50% use the adblocker on the website or even less and the rest none. That should actually be able to balance out with all the money that comes together. Greetings Arthur

Your ads and the nice way to opt in or turn off the adblock are great but please bring some kind of volume control with pure! I fly with the headset every time the ears away because the advertising is so loud! It would be enough if the choice between loud (100%) and quiet (25%) would be available.
