Ons Shopify-team kent het platform van binnenuit: van Liquid- en Hydrogen-development tot Shopify Plus, checkout-extensies, B2B en koppelingen met ERP, PIM en logistiek. Onze eigen AI-tooling versnelt research, migraties en analyse, maar de strategie, de keuzes en het vakmanschap blijven mensenwerk.

Our NMCB website was built for us on behalf of a third party by Webfluencer. After the site was officially delivered, we still had a lot of questions and needed various adjustments. Even though we didn’t have an official maintenance contract with Webfluencer—and even though they had essentially provided the service that the intermediary requested—they still helped us repeatedly for a long time whenever we had questions and issues. They always responded quickly and solved our problems, and we truly appreciate that. So we’re going to sign a maintenance contract after all, and for that reason we would definitely recommend Webfluencer. Great service and great quality.

Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience with this company. Communication was difficult, and I felt completely ignored regarding my wishes. In particular, my contact with Jaron was awkward and unprofessional—appointments weren’t kept, and the tone was anything but pleasant. Based on the other reviews, I had high expectations, but the reality was very disappointing. I would not recommend this agency.
