We had our Shopware 5 system migrated to Shopware 6 and couldn't be happier! The team was extremely patient right from the start and always available, no matter what questions or requests we approached them with. We were particularly impressed by the transparent and fair pricing - there were no hidden costs or nasty surprises. Even additional adjustments that we requested during the project were implemented at no extra charge. The collaboration was absolutely professional, friendly and uncomplicated. The company no longer seems to exist, we bought a plugin and had one year of support. Unfortunately we have a problem with the plugin and had to disable it. It is an obvious error as it should not appear according to the settings. Unfortunately, there is no response to e-mails, inquiries via the website or telephone. __________________ We see that you logged in to HubSpot on 23.09. (In the program with which there are problems.) So the access data sent to you works! Will you get in touch with us? We get no response to emails, no one came to the meeting I arranged on your site. Nobody responded to the email afterwards either. With respect, but that is not appropriate. Rating hereby corrected.

Thank you for your review. However, I don't know how you came up with this kind of rating. Of course we still exist. We would like to say the following about your review: 1. as a rule, we can be reached by phone Mon. - Fri. from 08:00 - 18:00. Of course, as with other companies, there may be restrictions in the event of a high volume of support, illness, vacation time, etc. 2. as you write yourself, you have purchased the plugin including support for one year. This expired on 21.05.2022, as the purchase was made on 21.05.2021. 3. in an email dated July 21, we pointed out that we no longer provide updates for Shopware 5, as Shopware 5 is about to reach the end of life. 4. nevertheless, we have asked you for access data in order to perhaps find a solution. The access data we received from you did not work. See further mail from 21.07.2023. I think we have reacted appropriately and accommodatingly to the fact that there was no claim for support.
