NOT USELESS, BUT... Don't leave a package there to be shipped if you don't want to lose it! On the 11th, I dropped off a package to be shipped via SEUR to Italy. Ten days later, the recipient contacted me to say the package hadn’t arrived. When I saw there was no tracking information, I went to the SEUR headquarters in Madrid, where they told me they hadn’t picked up the package because it hadn’t been delivered to them. I called the store that very morning, and the employee swore up and down that packages are picked up every day. Not satisfied with that answer, I called again in the afternoon, and a different employee once again misled me and swore that the packages that are dropped off are handed over for shipping every day. I let a few days pass “just in case,” and finally, on the 30th, I returned to the SEUR headquarters to demand, in every possible way, that the package—valued at 700 euros—be located. The employee, who decided to call the store, confirmed to me once again with a straight face that the package had been there since the 11th “because it hadn’t been delivered to them,” and that it had been at the store since day one. I went yesterday to demand an explanation, and a young guy—who either didn’t have (or didn’t want to have) any idea what I was talking about— gave me all sorts of self-righteous excuses when I asked him how it’s possible that the package hadn’t been sent out, and that no one had noticed or reported this mistake after 19 days (a package a meter long is pretty hard to miss—it’s not the kind of thing that just gets misplaced). In short, if I hadn’t taken the initiative, the package would have been lost—along with the 700 euros inside—all because of a bunch of incompetents who don’t know how to do their jobs. P.S. I went to their “store” to demand an explanation—which I didn’t receive—and regarding the lack of respect… What do you call having a package in your store and lying about not having it twice in a row? RESPECT AND INSULTS ARE EARNED, SIR, AS IS THE CASE WITH YOU

We’re getting a lot of negative reviews because of the shipping company, and we’re considering shutting down the business every day for this reason. All the reviews are completely unfair and unfounded in this regard—except for this one. We deeply regret the mistake on our part and hope we haven’t caused you any harm, but what is unacceptable is showing up at a business and being insulting and disrespectful. Even so, we apologize because we are much more polite than you, and we take responsibility for our mistakes.
