Extremely unprofessional. I called multiple times before someone finally answered, and they told me that someone would call me the next day. Nobody called, and I’m no longer answering the phone—I think you can imagine what kind of services and support you get from this person.
Hello Mr. Mircea, I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, but today you spoke with my colleagues by phone three times, so you received a response and an offer in less than 24 hours. My colleague made you an offer for a presentation website for your psychology services with specific requirements (a unique design, logo creation, integration with Google Calendar, a booking system, etc.). Your response was that you would offer us half of the amount stated in the proposal, plus a coffee, so that you can “also get some work done.” Unfortunately, we can’t accept your counteroffer.
