Rude member of staff who was fixing/maintaining outside toilet at Lichtenberg station today. Certainly needs some training in manners and compassion. Incredibly rude guy. Congratulations on an unnecessary 1 star rating for your company.

My rating refers exclusively to the behavior of the employees in the Business Lounge at the Ed Sheeran concert on Saturday in Düsseldorf - not to the service of the company as a whole. We were seated in the immediate vicinity of the lounge of the above-mentioned company. There were about 20 people there. Unfortunately, some of them behaved in a way that was completely inappropriate in a business environment: loud, drunk, arrogant and overbearing - almost as if you were in a Bierkönig, not at a concert. During quiet songs, several visitors asked to be a little quieter so that they could enjoy the music. However, the response from the lounge was: "Be quiet in the cheap seats." - a disrespectful and unprofessional tone. I would like to emphasize that not everyone in the lounge was so negative, it was more the front row and the constantly farting people in the 2nd row. A young man with a white shirt and sunglasses on his head and a lady with a black dress and pearl necklace stood out in a particularly negative way. Her behavior was so inappropriate that other guests in the same lounge were visibly embarrassed. All in all, this behavior showed the company from a very bad side. If my company name had been on the door of this lounge, I would have been more than embarrassed by the behavior of my employees.

In this company, 3 businessmen are spreading are spreading disgusting c...nt propaganda/k...egshetze. The advertising poster has been put up at a streetcar stop. The large poster shows a presumed/future murderer's face for all to see. Also visible to children and young people. "Ready "to M..den, "DO WHAT REALLY MATTERS", "Because you can"!

It is extremely frustrating that Wall's city toilet has been so loud since the new flushing system was introduced. The noise is clearly audible day and night - even from a distance, including my apartment across the street. Wall's behavior in this matter is disappointing and not very professional. There was hardly any response to a factual request to examine noise reduction measures. Instead of responding constructively to feedback, the problem is played down as if it were "not that bad". This indifference towards the environment and those affected is unacceptable. The company should urgently examine how the noise pollution can be reduced and seriously respond to the information provided by residents and users. The current behavior leaves the impression of a lack of responsibility and respect

Company without a conscience. Currently supports advertising posters that create an anti-cash mood. On which, of course, no author is named. Too bad, but who needs freedom 👎
