Great welcome... amazing breakfast—lots of choice in the room (wine and drinks)... a very clean, well-furnished little apartment, top-notch bedding... And a truly excellent welcome, very professional service... It really feels good in Mayotte. For me, it’s number one without a doubt—bravo!

The apartment is pretty, which is acceptable for short stays. However, the water supply is interrupted very frequently, and my computer and phone chargers burned out due to power cuts caused by work in the apartments, and no one took responsibility for it.

Vous avez malheureusement supporté un problème électrique qui n'est pas de notre responsabilité mais de celle du fournisseur EDM qui nous a fait supporté un surtention endommageant plusieurs appareils de la résidence. Concernant la distribution de l'eau, celle ci est en continue les jours où nous sommes approvisionnés et 6h par jour les jours de coupures. Les plannings de notre fournisseur n'étant pas toujours respectés, nous sommes dans l'obligation de prendre les devants pour éviter la coupure totale. Vous oubliez d'indiquer qu'une réserve supplémentaire est disponible dans chaque appartement permettant de ne jamais être en rupture pour nos clients. Il est également dommage que vous n'ayez pas signalé le fait que l'on vous fasse entrer dans les lieux plus tôt que l'heure prévue et au dernier moment, pour vous arranger vis à vis de votre travail et pour que vous puissiez prendre possession de votre chambre pendant la pause du personnel. Very pleasant stay—quiet, well equipped, and secure. The host welcomed us warmly. After the formalities, it was just a matter of settling in and putting our bags down. If you’re looking for a calm place to work or relax, I highly recommend it. I especially enjoyed the nighttime view of Dzaoudzi, just like at the start of the day. The stay was short, but it was very satisfying—I’ll definitely come back in the very near future.

The welcome was great—we were taken care of really well. It was clean and the hygiene was on point. I strongly recommend it: attentive staff, and even the manager listens. That said, you should definitely double-check the emails they send after you confirm your reservation, because there’s important information in them. As for comfort, I can confirm 100%. It was our first time going there with my partner, and we’re definitely planning to go back. Everything matched what we paid ❤️🤲🏽. I recommend it again—Vili Vili.
