After many years with the largest provider, I switched to Variomedia because their products weren’t a good fit and were uneconomical. Plus, their support consisted solely of endless call centers and chatbots. The move to Variomedia was well thought out and went off without a hitch, including the seamless transfer of all email accounts. Variomedia’s support is reliable, excellent, and very friendly. You’re treated personally and truly feel like a valued customer. The servers are significantly faster than before, and the options for blocking spammers are brilliant. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is fair and good. It just works, and as an internet user since the invention of the web, I give Variomedia 5 out of 5 stars. I will also mention this among my colleagues and at the association level. After a year, I’m still thrilled I’m giving an extra 5 stars on top

At the end of January, I moved all my domains and email accounts from DomainFactory to Variomedia in Berlin. I was a DomainFactory customer for around 25 years, but in recent years I have witnessed the gradual decline following the takeover by GoDaddy - the announced switch of the email platform to Microsoft 365 was particularly unacceptable for me. The switch to Variomedia was completely uncomplicated - with individual and personal support at very fair conditions. The contact was consistently friendly, competent and fast - usually directly with the management. No text modules, no phrases, but real support. I feel reminded of the early years at DomainFactory: customer-oriented, technically adept, quick to respond. After more than two months, my positive impression is confirmed - I can recommend Variomedia without reservation.

First things first: Variomedia is a provider where customer service is really important. I was always helped quickly and competently with questions, concerns and problems. The emails are handwritten(!) and do not consist of hollow modular phrases. Everything is just so wonderfully uncomplicated, I am valued and perceived as a customer and business partner. The following points should be completely self-evident and are of course fulfilled: first-class servers, up-to-date software, smart and intuitive admin interface, fair prices, large selection of contract packages, availability of an extremely large number of domain extensions. I have never been as happy and satisfied with a host as I am with variomedia! All my customer projects are hosted here, and I always recommend variomedia "offline" as well.

For questions, requests or solutions - the response time is short and the answers highly professional. On top of that - very fair pricing policy. One of the best in Germany... Highly recommended!
