I’ve been trying for months to get an appointment to have my PC repaired. First I was told yes, but then they said they’re on vacation, and later that it wasn’t possible due to being overbooked. Since then, no one has gotten back to me by email or on the answering machine for months, and I live just around the corner. It’s a shame—it would’ve been so convenient.

The store was recommended to me by a friend. I received great advice and was able to pick up my laptop the next day in good health. Mr. H. was extremely competent, nice and gave me a good feeling (when you have no idea yourself, I find that very important). In my opinion, the price was more than fair. So I would absolutely recommend him.
