The general communication is also very poor and largely unprofessional. Bad moods are the order of the day and are taken out on you without restraint. Every day something different is claimed and if you come to talk about it, you are approached very harshly and put under pressure that others would also take on the job, etc. You can see that the employees are extremely overworked and frustrated. As soon as you are no longer needed, you are mercilessly stifled. I have about 10 years of experience in this field and have never experienced anything like this. Therefore, I can only strongly advise you against this agency. There are many other good agencies that treat you humanely. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
