.Challenge
For printing organ donation cards at a stationary terminal with tablet and card printer, an application running on Windows was built using Electron and node/vue.js. The connection and communication with the card printer is done via a C# script in the background.

Background
We are an independent insurance broker and investment specialist with 3 branches.
Challenge
The aim of the project was to develop a new CRM with a customer and contract database. The front end accesses existing API interfaces of our broker pools and cooperation partners in order to display their data. Special attention was paid to the use of the latest web technologies and a user-friendly design that is optimized for all end devices.
Solution

The quality of the code and the overall result were outstanding. The requirements for the software were presented transparently from the outset and the implementation was communicated in stages.
Analysis and requirements clarified - Sub-goals defined and offer phase - Contract conclusion and timeline for progress created - Implementation and team sprints - Final result and presentation - Employee training
2 - 4 employees were needed temporarily and there was also an external partner for the design in the final phase. This was all clarified by TripleConsult, i.e. the contractor.
Results
The software is available and is regularly used by us.
Deadlines and dates were met
Transparent - promises were kept - quick responses to problems - great cooperation
From my point of view, everything went well with the provider. However, we have no further experience with developers.
