Great travel offers with nice service packages, but very unsatisfactory goodwill and service. We received a travel voucher as a gift in 2019, which we were unable to redeem in 2020 and 2021 due to Corona. Now we had found a nice trip, but the voucher could not and would not be redeemed. Of course, the 3-year validity period has expired, but there was also no concession and the answers were extremely unfriendly. What a pity, other providers have no problems with this.

Travador unfortunately does not adhere to the agreed voucher conditions. The value voucher was clearly sold with validity for ALL hotels offered on the website. In retrospect, certain hotels are suddenly excluded from the use of the value voucher. Clarification via hotline and support email unfortunately remained without success.

My partner and I have traveled with Travador several times. In the future we will no longer book through Travador. We could not go on the trip due to a broken jaw and informed Travador. A few days later we were asked by Travador how we liked the trip. I felt screwed and insulted. Money was also not returned.

I have booked through Travador several times and have been very satisfied every time. The customer service takes care of every issue and always answers questions very promptly. I am absolutely thrilled and can only recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing time out in one of the beautiful wellness hotels.
