Overall, my experience with Togrund has been positive. They offer a wide range of services, and it’s clear that they possess a high level of technical expertise. I particularly appreciated their friendly communication and willingness to address individual concerns. However, there were occasional minor delays in the process, and in my view, coordination could have been a bit more structured. There is room for improvement here, especially regarding transparency in scheduling. All in all, a good performance with room for improvement—hence 3 stars, but definitely worth recommending.
