Absolute disaster. No help or communication at all. Mr. Brumann never calls back, lets himself be denied or sends meaningless e-mails. Not to be recommended.

After poor acceptance of the laptop, the supposedly repaired return was even worse. Battery empty on return and laptop still defective.

Attention & caution! Left-wing scam through "price renegotiation": A good/cheap sales price is quoted and after the purchase process you are informed that an error has crept in during the offer... The new/actual price is of course significantly higher! You have the option of canceling, but this is still dubious, untrustworthy and a customer scam. I won't be buying anything there again. So please be careful!
