theTribe, a tech agency built for business
At theTribe, tech is never an end in itself: it serves a business model and real user needs. Since 2014, we’ve been helping SMEs, mid-sized companies (ETIs), nonprofits, and public sector organizations create and improve their digital tools—web, mobile, and AI development included.

Description
Advenir is the national program that funds the installation of electric vehicle charging stations, with an operating budget of €520M and 4,000 partner installers. Since 2022, theTribe has been responsible for maintaining and evolving the program.
Challenge
Urgently resume maintenance of the advenir.mobi platform without interrupting service, then reduce the technical debt and improve the experience for the seven customer service representatives who handle premium requests.
Solution
Zero-downtime server migration, with user outreach to customer service reps and installers, a partial overhaul of the back office with automation, smoother data entry flows, and cleanup of outdated code. Discovery and delivery were handled continuously, with deployments to production every week.
Results
A availability rate of over 99%, doubling the number of requests handled per equivalent team, and the mission has been extended for two additional years.
