The most unproductive outreach tool I’ve ever used. Not user-friendly at all. Setting up a multichannel workflow with conditions was unnecessarily complex and time-consuming. I genuinely regret choosing this tool.

My experience with LemList has been really mixed—and honestly frustrating. At first, the tool looks incredible and feels intuitive. Unfortunately, that doesn’t last. Quick summary: - Everything is overly restrictive and rigid. - Actions don’t seem reversible. (Someone you contacted says they’re not interested and then changes their mind? You have to delete the lead and create it again. You forgot to add a custom field when creating the lead? Delete it and start over…) - You end up duplicating your leads all over the place (and then you lose tracking of their activity). - Connection drops happen every 5 minutes. - (Fixed since my review) Surprise updates that change your campaigns without warning. No patch notes, no email—nothing to let you know what’s new. - Terrible usability and a workflow that’s completely unintuitive. - (Fixed since my review) An enrichment system that charges you even when results fail, and is totally opaque—you have no idea what an enrichment will cost you. - Customer support keeps sending you to blog posts you’ve already taken the time to read before asking them questions—so you’re basically on your own. - It was available in French, but now it’s only offered in English. - You don’t control your sending rate, so you can launch a campaign and only realize later that your first email went out 3 days—or 2 weeks—after you started your sequence. - You can’t create professional email templates—you can basically only add text and images. That’s it. There’s no real way to build something clean and structured that matches your company. And don’t even try using HTML code—LemList will modify it without telling you. - Long story short, I could go on for a while. To anyone who says LemList is still better than its competitors: comparing yourself to something worse is a losing mindset. It’s the fastest way to get overtaken—or even left behind. This platform has potential, but right now it’s genuinely not a pleasure to use. I hope it improves, especially given what it costs. Edit: I’m increasing my rating by one star because the LemList team seems unusually responsive to customer feedback. More than once, I contacted them in different ways and changes followed shortly after. Coincidence or real responsiveness—we’ll never know. ^^"

Absolute trash company. I found out they’ve been charging my cc without authorization for over 9 months after I had already blocked and disputed previous charges. The company changes their company info and charge your card from a similar name repeatedly after you cancel their services.

When you cancelled your lemlist subscription, it did not automatically cancel your associated lemwarm subscription. Lemwarm is usually a separate, paid service; however, it was included for free with your lemlist plan. As a result, when lemlist was cancelled, the lemwarm charges began. We take responsibility for any confusion this may have caused. It's also our policy to issue a refund in situations like this, and we want to assure you that we'll promptly process your refund for the charges related to the lemwarm service. In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team if you have any questions or need assistance with our services. We reviewed your past communications and found that the only ticket you opened with us was left unresolved due to lack of response on your end. We're always here to help, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our service. There was also a ticket of yours 7 months ago, where we helped you to use the account, so it is not clear how you did not know you were paying for it whole 9 months, it was probably 7 months, since we see that was the last activity on the account - we will fully refund it. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing this to our attention. So awful. Some time ago it was good and easy to understand program. But now they made it so difficult. And you can see all the design and options only after you have made payment.

We do agree it is a bit more complex then how it used to be, simply due to us trying to add as many features possible to help our users get best possible results and go in line with how fast the technology drives. We would though appreciate your feedback in an email with details and our product team will be happy to see what can be simplified perhaps out of the things you do not like. Every feedback is taken seriously and brainstormed of. Once again, we are truly sorry for the bad experience and we do understand sometimes our product, as every, is simply not the best fit for every user out there.
