A simple hotel—we stayed there for one night. It was perfectly adequate for that. There was a hair dryer and two glasses. There was a drink machine and a small shared kitchen on the 3rd floor with a kettle. Right on the fjord!!!

The only thing that gets 5 ☆ is the location. Although the staff is friendly, breakfast could be prepared differently. Everything felt pretty lackluster. Regarding the fried eggs mentioned in previous reviews: There were only 10 people in the hotel. It felt like there were 30 fried eggs, and they’d been sitting in the warming pan for 3 hours. One of the worse hotels on our trip. The entire place could use a major overhaul. No lounge, no TV, not even a cup of coffee. We had great weather, but even the “garden chairs” were just lying around overturned. A shame for the money. There is one highlight, though: there was a hair straightener in the room.

The bathroom is just big enough for one person. The toilet is right next to the door—if someone is sitting on it, the other person can't get into the bathroom. There are no bedside lamps either. The curtains don't block out the light either. There’s no phone in the room in case you need to reach the front desk. Breakfast was okay. We were the only ones there for breakfast. The hotel was completely deserted.
