We analyse your project and develop your idea with a highly individualized and tailored project team. We rely on an agile approach throughout, be it with SCRUM or Kanban. We want to deliver an initial live version of your idea as quickly and efficiently as possible and then incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders in very short development cycles. Our teams usually consist of a product owner who, together with the stakeholders, records the requirements for the project and is responsible for implementation and quality assurance. A Scrum Master, who ensures that development can progress smoothly and without obstacles. And, of course, the developers themselves, who are purely responsible for the technically high-quality and well-documented implementation. A well-established team can get started immediately and does not have to find its feet internally first. Newly assembled teams usually go through a time-consuming process to reach peak performance after a few months. Save yourself these months of familiarization, our teams perform from day one.

How we proceed

We take an agile approach to estimating our projects, based on flexibility, transparency and close collaboration with our clients. Rather than relying on rigid upfront calculations, we rely on an iterative planning process that allows us to adapt to the evolving needs of the project and client requirements. Our calculations for budget, time and scope are based on the following principles: Budget: we start with a rough estimate based on the initial product vision and the client's requirements. As we work in an agile way, the budget is regularly reviewed and adjusted if necessary to ensure that it remains in line with ongoing changes. An important part of our work is to provide the client with transparency so that they can always understand how the budget is evolving over the course of the project. Time: We define the time frames in iterations, typically in 2- to 4-week sprints. At the beginning, we define an initial rough time estimate together with the customer, but this is based on the experience gained from the first iterations. We ensure that the customer has continuous insight into progress and that any changes to the time frame can be flexibly adapted within the framework of agile practice. A fixed, definitive timeframe is generally avoided as it would clash with the agile way of working and the dynamic project progression. Scope: The scope of a project is roughly defined at the beginning, but we keep it dynamic. We work with a so-called "backlog-driven" method, in which we draw up an initial list of requirements and features that are sorted by priority. As the project progresses, the scope is regularly reviewed to ensure that we develop the most valuable features first and incorporate changes or enhancements in consultation with the customer as required. To summarize: Our calculation of budget, time and scope is not fixed, but adaptive and based on close collaboration with the client. We rely on continuous communication, regular reviews and retrospectives to ensure the success of the project and offer maximum flexibility. This allows us to optimize both quality and value for the client throughout the project.
