Results
After iits took over the management of our project in December 2022, we have seen an outstanding increase in the performance and efficiency of our systems. The seamless takeover on the existing terms of our previous IT service provider and the ongoing optimizations have not only reduced our costs by 50%, but also increased the availability of our applications to over 99.98%. Particularly impressive is the response time of the CloudOps team, which is now regularly under 15 minutes for incidents. These successes have convinced us to continue to place our trust in iits, so that we will entrust another central product to their expertise in 2024. The CloudOps subscription from iits has convinced us and will continue to be an essential part of our IT strategy in the future.
