Sir, we think your comment is mainly motivated by the fact that you made an agent’s request to come over and take a shower at your place in a very inappropriate way—so why did you become aggressive once you realized it wouldn’t happen? It’s really odd. Why are you sending disrespectful finger gestures by SMS? Why all that hate? No scruples? Maybe you should be talking about yourself. The agency did everything necessary to give your listing strong visibility in four languages, with professional photos and an introductory video. On your side, you simply tried to sell your property at the highest price possible. The moment we told you it might be listed too high (the agency’s duty of advice), you got angry, and you became unpleasant and aggressive—paired with your strange invitations to come take a shower at your place. You should be ashamed of your behavior. You’ve been downright outrageous. This very strange man wrote this comment, in our view, for three very logical reasons: 1) The agent didn’t come over to take a shower at his place… (with SMS proof). 2) Because the price of his property was so high, we only had two contacts and just one call. When we suggested that the listing wasn’t very competitive due to the price, he became hostile toward the agency, even though it was only doing its duty of advice after analyzing the market. 3) We didn’t accept an exclusive mandate because of his rather strange behavior (the “shower…” thing) and the high price of the property. This may also have contributed to him being hostile toward an agency that gave him access to top-level services (international promotion in four languages, PRO photos, a drone video viewing, activity reports, market studies, etc.). This comment has no value whatsoever. It’s the only negative one, and it stems from the client’s personal frustration that an agent didn’t come take a shower at his place. Ridiculous and in bad taste. We don’t want clients like this. The biggest disappointment surely comes from the fact that he couldn’t get what he wanted—an agent taking a shower at his place. This very strange man tried to take advantage of a professional relationship to obtain something else. A person to avoid and, above all, not to take into consideration.
