As a carnival club, we needed a stage on short notice because our original landlord backed out. We were then advised to get in touch with Taxis and submit a request there. We received a response very quickly, along with an offer that was unbeatable. We were kept informed about everything at every step and received excellent advice. We’d order from you again at any time and with pleasure, and we were very happy with the service.
Excellent advice, and a great selection of tents to rent. Setup and teardown also went flawlessly. I’d be happy to work with taxis again anytime.

Absolutely unreliable and not to be trusted. I bought something online and got an outrageously high shipping offer. After we agreed on it, I was able to arrange shipping for a fraction of that amount, which matched the company’s information. The shipping provider tried several times to transport the package. But since the seller provided incorrect details and either isn’t willing or isn’t capable of packing the item properly, I’m hoping at least to get my purchase price refunded. As for the shipping cost, I’ll probably have to write that off because I don’t feel like getting into a legal dispute. This dragged on for weeks. Even my offer to pick up the item in person during my free time was rejected. I understand that during the high season you may have to wait longer for replies. But if someone won’t admit their own mistakes, makes false statements, and then acts like that, they should also have to deal with the consequences. If you want a job done well, hire a professional. In this case, it looks like paper led to them being overwhelmed. Edit 07/17/25: After this review, the seller contacted me again and demanded that I delete this post within an unrealistic deadline of less than 24 hours. As a “pressure tactic,” they refused a refund of the purchase price. Another deadline was set that gave me three weeks to personally pick up the item bought in a clear distance-selling transaction—otherwise they said I wouldn’t receive either the money or the goods. They didn’t address their own mistakes or any of my objections. The seller refuses any further factual clarification of what happened. They’d rather run this into a legal dispute and make untenable threats than pack a package properly. People should be warned about a service provider who uses deceptive deadlines to scare customers, provides no customer service, and won’t take responsibility for its own mistakes.

Update 09/17/2025: The case was ultimately picked up in person by Mr. Robens. Why not do it that way from the start—or use sufficient postage—so the trip wouldn’t have been necessary. Dear Mr. Robens, we’re sorry that you’re dissatisfied with the process of your order. At the same time, we would like to clarify a few points from our perspective publicly: You purchased the item from us at a reduced price—with the clear note that it would be picked up. At your request, we offered delivery as an alternative. The resulting shipping costs of €95 are due to the handling of bulky freight via a freight carrier, as well as our internal processing and staffing costs. This was communicated transparently. The DHL label you provided was intended for standard parcel shipping and was not suitable for bulky goods—which does not meet the logistical standard for the item we offered. Our packaging was carried out according to our proven instructions for bulky items, as is standard in our day-to-day business. We repeatedly offered pickup of the item to you—during our regular business hours, as stated in the item description. Pickup on the weekend isn’t possible and was never promised at any point. We take legitimate criticism seriously—not incorrect statements. Your review implies things that simply aren’t true. We therefore expect a fair depiction of the situation as it objectively unfolded. The product is still available for pickup for you—until 08/06/2025, by prior appointment. Kind regards, Your TAXIS team

Amazing service—absolutely reliable, and the result was fantastic! 🤩 After a bit of back and forth, we decided to rent a marquee tent for our summer wedding, including the flooring, carpeting, tables, chairs, chair covers, and everything else—courtesy of Taxis. It was the best decision we could’ve made. Mr. Köhler advised me in a friendly, patient, and professional way, and his experience helped me avoid a few planning mistakes. Thank you for that! On the setup day, two unbelievably nice colleagues came and gave it their all to make sure my helpers knew exactly what they were doing (and they even managed to have a little fun too). The result was great—everything fit perfectly, and we had a wonderful wedding with no worries about whether it would rain, whether the wind would pick up, or whether the grass would be wet. Taxis’ all-in solutions aren’t cheap, but they’re worth every penny. A thousand thanks to Taxis for helping make our dream wedding happen!
