There was no response at all to two polite requests. I find this behavior not only rude, but also disrespectful.

Dear customer, Thank you for your interest in our services... but even we go on vacation from time to time and cannot respond to emails as quickly as usual during this time. In urgent cases, simply use our telephone number, which you can find on our website. If we are with the customer, we may not be able to answer directly, but we will certainly call you back in a short time! Best regards Hans-Joachim Kaulen
