Because SwissCommerce has gone bankrupt, I can't get the goods I ordered from Soulhorse delivered! Neither Soulhorse nor SwissCommerce understand anything about providing customers with an appropriate service! You can reach NOBODY by phone, just as NOBODY considers it necessary to respond to any mail - in short, you are being cheated by well-known companies! If Klarna can't refund my money - the store hasn't even confirmed the payment (I was supposed to receive a refund for a missing item, but of course it didn't come!), I'll find out to what extent I can take legal action against them! Perhaps there are a few other people who are affected by this? If we cheat the state, evade taxes, we go to prison - but they can get away with it? ;) Equal rights for all!

Unfortunately, I have only had problems with the service several times... despite payment, my parcels have not arrived for over 6 weeks. After this time I became skeptical and phoned DHL, as I had already been sent a tracking number... Answer: The sender has withdrawn the parcel! despite payment! I received neither an email from Swiss Commerce nor any other information about the progress of my parcel... It's a shame that you can't award 0 stars.

Poor customer service, advertised as "the last Christmas" and then the orders from November (paid!) are not sent. On request, even after Christmas, a standard reply that no more orders are being processed. What happens to my money? No answer! Revocation is ignored and after several critical comments the Instagram profile is deleted. Transparency looks different! Does Swiss Commerce do this with all brands/shops? Hands off!!!

-3 stars if possible. There is no customer service at this company. The way they treat customers is simply outrageous. Not to mention the questionable business practices, I waited 6 weeks for an item and was only put off... simply subterranean - hands off

Jagd1 is hunting for new customers on the net with devices that are supposedly in stock and are currently not available anywhere else. A week ago, I ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered within 1-3 days. After a week I did not hear anything and therefore asked, I was told that the item is now unfortunately not available. I was offered a much more expensive replacement device that does not have the desired features. ... and on the net the originally ordered item is still shown as available at Jagd1.
