Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience in your review. It would have been nice if you had let us know about your dissatisfaction so we could have tried to correct or improve your experience, but this is the first we’ve heard of it. Please note that from the very beginning, you were told that we do not work with WordPress-style templates; in fact, we provided you with examples before you purchased the Digital Kit from us. We even sent you screenshots of the content management system, just as you requested, before we began. Whenever you’ve asked us a question, we’ve responded within 48 hours at most. And different people respond to you depending on the nature of your question. For example… if it’s an administrative issue, someone from administration will respond; if it’s technical, a programmer will; and if it’s content-related, another specialist will. This ensures that the advice you receive comes from a professional in the field, not a salesperson. We communicate via phone, email, and WhatsApp, and we’ll respond through the channel you use to contact us. Regarding your hosting, the digital kit includes one year of service. After 11 months, you’ll receive an email asking if you’d like to renew for the following month and detailing the costs. If you do not wish to renew these services, we will provide you with a backup copy upon request so that you can install it on your own server. If you had asked us, we would have provided you with all this information. Unfortunately, we only learned about everything you mentioned through this review; we’re certain that if you had contacted us through our usual channels, we would have been able to ensure you were more satisfied. Best regards.

We're glad you found what you were looking for, Marco. Helena is truly amazing, and she loved your project from the very beginning—and you can see in every detail how hard she's worked side by side with you. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much, María del Carmen. It has been a true pleasure working with your brand. The final result is spectacular, and we hope that in the coming months it will translate into real growth in clients and opportunities.

Thank you very much, América. The pleasure was all ours. That's a wonderful initiative on your part and your family's. Best regards.

Thank you for the work you do preparing so many candidates for civil service exams for the General State Administration. Thank you very much.
