Storage Base has a technically well-functioning customer service, which unfortunately sometimes reacts unfriendly to snotty in written communication. It may be due to the written language, but as an online provider, you should be more eigehender with communication.

Price increase or kick out! StorageBase advertised favorable offers, and I became a new customer. After only a short time, they gave me the choice: pay more or cancel. I do not approve of this way of doing business.

Dear Mr. Wingerath, You have used our "Winter Special" offer for three months, the name of which already suggests a time limit. We did not want to give you notice of termination and entered into a dialog with you. Specifically, we offered you a longer payment interval at an even lower cost per month. (Quote: "The change to a larger and at the same time cheaper payment interval.") However, you did not want to accept this, nor did you want to continue using the product at the changed conditions. On the effectiveness of the adjustment with outstanding cancellation (yes, also the legally obligatory reference to a 14-day special cancellation right is given, quote: "Important note: If you do not want to continue using StorageBase at the changed conditions, you can make use of your 14-day special cancellation right"). On your part (as is also common with bank accounts, energy supply contracts as well as car insurance), you replied as follows: "It's quite simple. I do not agree to a price adjustment. The same applies to changes in payment terms. If you do not agree, you have to cancel me, not me you. I am not interested in changing products. [...]" With this, you have urged us to cancel, which is why I already suspected such a reaction, and then you defame us with your loud "Rausschmiss!" shouting. Do you call that fair behavior?
