StickerPrinting never sent us a reminder (or it didn’t arrive), not by mail—either. Instead, they immediately turned the case over to Creditreform. I find that extremely questionable, especially since we’re customers of theirs through many companies and have always paid. Edit: The statement about a Creditreform email is not correct. StickerPrinting sends a payment reminder by email (it ended up in spam), and after that there was no further reminder—only then was it handed straight over to debt collection. Of course, their approach is legally fine and compliant, but in practice nobody benefits—certainly not StickerPrinting—because they assign the claim with substantial fees and the risk of non-payment.

Dear Mr. Kuhn, Thank you for your reply. We’re sorry that it seems you got the impression that no prior information or reminder was sent. From our perspective, the process went as follows: once your order was completed and shipped, we sent a shipping confirmation (including a tracking number) and the invoice for your order to the email address provided in the order. Since the shipment was going to Switzerland, it was also mandatory to attach the invoice to the outside of the package. That’s why the invoice was included both by email and in the original shipment. Once the payment deadline has passed, a payment reminder and then a final reminder are automatically sent by email via our service provider, Creditreform, again to the email address provided when you placed the order. Only after these steps are any outstanding claims forwarded to the associated collection agency. Even so, we understand how frustrating it is if messages weren’t noticed or may not have been delivered. We’d be happy to call you so we can review your specific situation together. Wow. Sticker Printing GmbH really impressed me - but more as a prime example of how to scare customers away*. My order was canceled by the company itself, and my money? It seems to have ended up in a parallel universe. Refund? Oh where, that would be service - and something like that is apparently optional here. My attempts to contact them were answered with a professionalism that can only be described as "Zen-level silence". I had to understand that as a customer, you are simply not important enough here to be given a single sentence. In short: no goods, no money, no service - but hey, at least it's consistent, right? If you're in the mood for frustration, radio silence and losing your money, you've come to the right place. Everyone else: Avoid the area.

In principle, refunds for canceled orders are made automatically via our payment service provider and always via the same payment method as the original payment. We do not withhold funds manually. However, following an internal check, we have to inform you that we were unable to find an order or a corresponding e-mail address in our system under the name you provided. Without this allocation, it is unfortunately not possible for us to trace the specific transaction or check the status of the refund. In order to clarify the matter quickly and transparently, we therefore ask you to send us the order number by e-mail to [email protected] with the order number. Alternatively, the e-mail address used when placing the order will also help us. As soon as we have received this information, we will take care of the clarification immediately.
This is the fourth time I have ordered from StickerPrinting and both the service and the quality of the films are excellent. In addition, the foils were always delivered very quickly! Top store that I can only recommend to everyone!
