Very unfriendly female staff. They simply walked away or kept going after I asked them about a product. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The exact same thing happened to another customer, so we left the store together. You won’t see me in Landau again! Very disappointing.

Unacceptable treatment of young customers! My daughter paid here with her phone a few days ago. After her device showed that the payment had gone through and she was about to leave, the cashier loudly barked “Stay right there!” at her in a completely inappropriate, aggressive tone because the register apparently hadn’t finished processing the payment. Technical delays happen—that’s not the issue. Yelling at customers, especially teenagers, is. I seriously doubt the employee would have acted that way if an adult parent had been standing beside her. Management should urgently train its staff on customer service and respect.

You can really find everything you need at Müller, and I’ve been happy to shop there for decades. I did much prefer the layout before the renovation, though—but it is what it is. The staff are generally friendly, but the checkout is a major problem. When it’s busy, they simply need to open a second or even third register. That should go without saying. If they don’t have enough staff, they need to hire more people. And if no one applies, they should offer better pay.

Customers shouldn’t have to wait in line for such an unreasonably long time. It’s simply not acceptable, and they urgently need to come up with clear solutions and take decisive action. That may sound harsh, but it’s exactly the standard you should expect from a drugstore.
