Pick up your order on the second floor. The cash register is unstaffed. The sales staff are on the ground floor. So you get some exercise. By the way, the main cash register is on the ground floor.

It’s a nice store with everything you need. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. But only as long as you don’t want to exchange anything. Even though I asked if an exchange was possible and even chose a much more expensive product (paying an extra 30 euros), I was given a strange look, and they made it clear that this was an exception. Hello? I had asked about that beforehand! And back then, it wasn’t a problem. Please give the staff clear instructions on this. Labels, signs, and so on—that way, both customers and staff will know what to expect in the future. The competition is fierce, and 100 meters down the street is DM, where this kind of thing doesn’t happen! So if everyone were just a little more accommodating, it would be much more pleasant for both customers and staff.
