Today, my aunt and my daughter had a very unpleasant experience at the checkout at Müller Landau. My daughter wanted to buy a fidget item. The cashier reacted in a very unprofessional way and made it clear that she didn’t want to touch or scan the item because she apparently found it “disgusting.” She said she would scan a different item instead. We found that behavior extremely strange—especially when a child is simply trying to buy something normally. In addition, my daughter handed over a 10-euro bill that had been folded twice. The cashier also responded unfriendly to that and, in an unpleasant tone, told her to unfold the bill. To top it all off, there was a sarcastic remark that they were still missing 1 euro. Overall, the way we were treated was very uncomfortable and not at all customer-friendly. Especially toward a child, people should be more respectful and professional.

Pick up your order on the second floor. The cash register is unstaffed. The sales staff are on the ground floor. So you get some exercise. By the way, the main cash register is on the ground floor.
