As a nonprofit organization, we invest our financial resources in the quality of our continuing education programs, which means we lack the budget to produce professional videos and promotional brochures. For this reason, we were happy to take advantage of JS Deutschland’s services. The process of securing sponsors was arduous, but in the end, our contact at JS Deutschland achieved the goal with great patience. She also provided us with many valuable tips regarding the conception, production, and placement of the film and promotional brochures on social media and other platforms. The result of this collaboration is very professional and modern. As a result, we will certainly have an easier time finding sponsors for our next project.

Beware of hidden contract clauses and a lack of professionalism We created a supposedly free communication package (brochure & video) with the company JS-Deutschland, which was financed through our sales partners. The reality check came exactly two years later: The contract trap: We were suddenly informed that we had allegedly committed to having a new package created every two years. According to JS-Deutschland, we had been “thoroughly informed” about this—something we absolutely cannot confirm. In our view, this was highly opaque communication. Unreliability: The collaboration was anything but professional. Several agreed-upon video appointments simply did not take place on JS-Germany’s part—without cancellation or apology. That cost us time and nerves. Hostage situation instead of partnership: We are currently contractually obligated to carry out another project. One thing is certain, however: We will submit our notice of termination immediately upon completion. Conclusion: We strongly advise everyone against signing an agreement with them. Anyone who values reliability and transparent contract terms should look for alternatives. Once and never again!

Overall, I am satisfied with JS Germany. Coordination throughout the project went smoothly, and the final brochure is of very high quality. However, in my opinion, the amount of work required for revisions was quite high. With a bit more preparation or clearer communication upfront, we could have saved time here. Overall, though, they are a professional provider that delivered a good result.
