Unfortunately very disappointing experience. Despite networking on LinkedIn, no response to messages, emails also went unanswered - both to recruiters and directly to companies. In addition, the recruiter offers online appointments via Microsoft Teams, but does not participate. I will deliberately omit the name. Against this background, the many negative reviews now seem understandable to me.

Shameless, unprofessional, dubious and unable to communicate! It's best to hang up directly when they call. Some recruiter who has probably never written a line of code in his life wanted to explain the world to me. Ridiculous. AFTERNOTE: Second chance - same impression. Unfortunately, no recommendation. They say everyone deserves a second chance. So that's exactly what I did - after a first irritating contact with the agency, two more interviews with other recruiters followed. The result? Unfortunately, no improvement in sight. Instead of sound advice in a tech context, there were general phrases and little depth.
