My review is not a valuation of the quality of the agency work and service - it refers exclusively to the interaction and communication with freelancers (in this case with me). I performed a consulting service for Mr. Rogal - on time and about the desired content. Before that, I had already given him 2 hours of (free) tips and info on the topics of SEO and relaunch by phone. In addition, I agreed to meet his request for a reduced hourly rate. In the end I had to fight for the payment of the consulting fee in a way I never experienced before with a customer/customer/company. Payment deadlines were allowed to pass, emails remained unanswered and in the end it took - 4 weeks after sending the invoice - the threat of a collection procedure until the amount was finally transferred. This is not only unprofessional and unreliable, but also shows a lack of appreciation for (external) work and my invested work, time and energy.

We received the invoice on 13.07.2021 - we paid on 11.08.2021. This was a normal B2B payment process, within 4 weeks. Since we were not satisfied with the result of the work, we did not give the invoice a higher priority. For the amount of 200 € plus VAT, it also did not seem necessary to us.

In short, "you're in good hands there". Super agency with fresh, young verve for contemporary advertising and design also in modern media. Great support and service! Especially for 3D processing, WEB, trade show planning and design and short promotional videos etc. etc. to recommend. That's the way it has to be - Speer+Rogal they do it great!!! :-) Simply good advertising!! ;-)
