Terribile esperienza. Ho chiesto più volte di essere contattato per visionare un immobile, e alla decima (o più) chiamata si sono permessi di dirmi che non rispondono perché la casa è in trattativa. Almeno avvisatelo! Non mi sembra assolutamente professionale. Esperienza pessima con Pietro Balzano. Se un mio dipendente lavorasse così, la mia azienda sarebbe già rovinata. Sconsiglio vivamente di avere a che fare con questa squallida agenzia!

Unfortunately, given the large workload of the past few weeks and the great success of our Smart Agency services, at the moment we aren’t always able to satisfy and meet all of our clients’ needs—especially those customers who, in a rude and persistent way, ask us to show them a property that is already under negotiation at the moment, and then label us as ignorant or “disabled.”
We would like to reiterate that, unfortunately, the property is currently under negotiation, and we will be sure to contact you again, as we operate in accordance with current regulations, with a high level of professionalism and transparency—values that distinguish Smart Agency services. What leaves us most appalled and upset, though, is how, even today in 2026, you could think that calling us “disabled” could be considered an insult.
In any case, thank you for your comments, which we will take into account to improve our services. We never stop improving, and our customers’ feedback is always a source of ideas. However, we will also be sure to submit your repeated abusive messages and this alleged review to the relevant authorities and in the appropriate places, so that all necessary checks can be carried out.
