What leaves us most appalled and upset, though, is how, even today in 2026, you could think that calling us “disabled” could be considered an insult. In any case, thank you for your comments, which we will take into account to improve our services. We never stop improving, and our customers’ feedback is always a source of ideas. However, we will also be sure to submit your repeated abusive messages and this alleged review to the relevant authorities and in the appropriate places, so that all necessary checks can be carried out. It’s also important to note that we don’t believe you’ve ever met our CEO, Pietro Balzno—and your statements are false and harmful.
