The car was already pretty worn out on the inside, and some things—like the turn signals—weren’t working. Still, it did the job and took me everywhere I wanted to go without the slightest problem, and at a low cost, since it’s a fuel-efficient car. Renting and returning the car went quickly and smoothly, and the price was attractive, so I’m giving the overall experience 4 stars.

Everything went smoothly with AVIS on Seaport Lane in Boston. We needed a rental car on short notice, and at a very reasonable price, too. Picking up and dropping off the car were quick and hassle-free. I didn't even have to print out the voucher. I would use this service again in a heartbeat.

Although a cross-border trip had been specified, the car rental company was not informed of this and demanded an additional fee of 600 euros for 5 days. The rental was canceled, and only a partial refund was received.

About the security deposit— I already wrote to you about it! It turned out to be many times higher on site than what was booked!
