I was there once as a customer. I noticed how the manager treated his employees. It was outrageous, I mean he was talking to a trainee at the time. If you can call complaining and shouting talking. I can't support anyone who treats their employees like that. With all due respect, I'd rather look for another company to contact. Absolute disgrace

Repeated server outages in domain hosting without notification to the customer and without rapid problem resolution are unacceptable! Currently there has been an outage for 5 days. It's a business account that several employees depend on. The damage is enormous! Sensible companies have a backup that can be restored within minutes.

Silicon gave me excellent advice on IT security and I am really looking forward to the first analysis and implementation. My special thanks go to Dennis Urbanczyk. Mr. Urbanczyk took time for me and my questions and really convinced me. Many thanks and greetings from Linden 1st update: The first analysis is now completed and we were able to find out strengths and weaknesses of our IT security. In addition we got a good overview of our IT. The first recommendations for action are currently being tackled. I am now looking forward to the results.
