I'm reading spiegel.de and suddenly a video ad starts playing loudly and I have to search for it to turn off the sound. This is extremely annoying and user-unfriendly!

1. A company calls itself a leader, but is bad at organisational and communication skills. 2. Interviews are done by a very insecure person, not gonna name her name, who mistakes interviews for interrogation; perhaps she should work as a prison guard. 3.I just wish I could charge you for wasting my time. But anyway. If you really want to improve yourself, first get rid of those toxic people.

Some of the most annoying video pop-up ads on the internet are made by this company. They are ruining the accessibility of websites. This is not marketing but a way to keep away visitors on your website.
