May 7 at 10:30 a.m. Order fulfilled (receipt paid in advance) May 15 at 11:30 a.m. “Your order is being processed now.” May 21 at 4:57 p.m. “Asking again where my delivery is—10 business days have already passed.” May 22 at 10:39 a.m. “Increased order volume… will be shipped on Tuesday, May 26.” May 30 at 4:57 p.m. “Where is my item?” June 1 at 2:03 p.m. “The item will be shipped today…” I have no idea how you’re calculating this, but 10 days is anything but 20 days.

We wanted to order a larger quantity of shirts from Shirtracer for a company run. Fifteen days after Shirtracer received the order, we were finally told—after multiple follow-ups—that, contrary to previous assurances, they wouldn’t be able to deliver on time. Now it’s come up so last minute that it’s not possible to place an order somewhere else in time.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a box through Amazon, and unfortunately I made a printing mistake myself. Within seconds, I tried to reach customer service by phone—no luck. A few minutes later, I also emailed them asking if they could still adjust the order. They told me to cancel the order and simply place a new one. I did that right away because I needed the box urgently. Then, 24 hours later, I got the update: the original order had already shipped and couldn’t be canceled anymore—so now I’m receiving the box twice. This isn’t customer-focused service. If you respond quickly and even follow the recommended process, things like this shouldn’t happen. Really frustrating.
As a thank-you for the theater project, we had bags printed. They turned out beautifully. The customer service was super quick and friendly, and they even got the express shipping moving so fast that we can actually give the bags away today—the day of the premiere. Thank you so, so much!

The quality of the shirts is good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Reminders are sent for canceled invoices and customs invoices from the post office. This is the fault of the post office and should not happen. Was the statement. We had two orders and two customs invoices. What a pity. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering here again.

Mega beautiful Italy sweater ordered via Amazon and arrived faster than announced. It's more than fun! The quality of the sweater is also absolutely great. Also nice that there is the reference directly on your sticker on the sweater, that there is a service contact for questions or problems. I've had this before with competitors when ordering a sweater with a print - the quality was really more than mediocre, to put it nicely, and you had to search for ages to get a complaints contact. But fortunately that is not necessary here. Beautiful, fast and fair price - absolutely hot!
