Unfortunately, Shiftphone GmbH does not respond to support requests. The touch display on my device is defective. By phone, I only ever get a recorded message. The first e-mail was written 3 weeks ago. The second two weeks later. Unfortunately, so far without response. I am totally disappointed. In itself a great product but the service is non-existent. I feel helpless and left alone with my problem. The phone is only half a year old. Dear Shiftphone GmbH please, please process your support requests.
