Sharpminds is genuinely the most comfortable company I’ve ever worked for. I started here as a coordinator, and now I’m an account manager, so I can speak more from the management side. The way we work is based on outsourcing/secondment, and that’s a big plus if you want to fully immerse yourself in the client’s team, go on work trips, grow, and be in an English-speaking environment. You work directly with the client—you become part of their team—but you also have stable, clear terms. No one hovers over you, there aren’t random shifts from one project to another. At the same time, there’s real support and well-established processes. Here, you can speak up and be heard. No one forces the idea that your colleagues have to be your “family.” On the contrary, it’s easy to maintain a balance here, set your own pace, have great people around you, and still have a life outside your laptop. And our parties and the office Friday get-togethers are an entirely different kind of love 🤍
