Great agency with competent people. The Design Sprint was excellently and confidently facilitated. Because of the format and the use of SNS, we quickly gained valuable and useful insights - even beyond the hypothesis that was originally worked out. The results of the sprint flowed directly into our product development. As a long-established company, we were very well accompanied in the process from the beginning. Ins. the individual conception of the sprint to our needs, the perseverance in the preparation and the accompaniment of the entire process with a quickly implemented prototype in a realistic look and feel at the end were outstanding and left a lasting impression on all participants. The format of the Design Sprint is excellent for integrating customers and colleagues in product development, taking their requirements and ideas into account. The interviews with experts at the beginning of the Design Sprint using Fish Bowls are also helpful in gaining buy-in within the company. In the end, however, everything stands and falls with the moderation and the team. And here, from the UX management (moderation) to the UX designers from SNS, everyone was more than convincing.

We did a design sprint together with SHAKEN not STIRRED to improve our website. In three workshop days, we produced super great ideas with the team and already developed the Customer Journey. On the following two days, the SnS team built a prototype and tested our final idea with people from our target audience. The results were incredibly valuable! The sprint was intense, but a lot of fun. There were plenty of breaks and the facilitation was very professional. And I would especially like to mention the friendly, authentic and competent staff at SHAKEN not STIRRED!

Together with Shaken not Stirred / SNS, we commissioned and completed a very successful design & UX relaunch of a complete communication template in winter 2019 / 2020. We were very enthusiastic about the creativity, speed and above all reliability. The possibility to discuss also own ideas on eye level, but at the same time the clear and constructive feedback of the staff of Shaken not Stirred has made the collaboration consistently goal-oriented and positive.
