We have also had problems with the Check24 plugin for months now. We have not received any real help so far. After several months, we learned that our request "went down", which probably happens with Check24 support requests. The ticket was simply closed. Now we are back in contact, which is just tedious. The answers are written as if no one really wants to take care of the problem, so it's better to write a short three-liner so that the next few days are quiet. A callback request was also promised, which of course was also not met. Support works differently, in my opinion. EDIT: In the meantime, the error was not 100% on Sensus, but the communication has been anything but good and it could have been solved months ago.

We have received a plugin from Sensus Media to a Sensus customer (C****24). Although I have confirmed the current compatibility with our Shopware 6 version, the plugin does not work. Even after several requests and now over 3 months, the problem is still not fixed. Probably this is the reason why the plugin is not offered in the Shopware store. Absolute negative experience. Very unfortunate.

Order for an optimization of the shopware store was placed. Unfortunately, then despite various inquiries by mail or phone not even an answer. Therefore, I can absolutely not recommend this agency.
