The first time the work was done to our satisfaction. However, we tried to contact for a follow-up order, which is just annoying. They either don't answer the phone, or if you do answer the phone, ask you to put your questions in writing via email. Now we asked our questions in writing and several times. Unfortunately, until today (after a month), despite reminder and request for completion on the answering machine, neither an answer to our questions nor any other reaction. It can't get any worse. Update: Now reached me after the evaluation but still a mail with the desired answer to my questions,. Therefore, there are now three stars.

We do not provide phone support for the affected product and the email request was handled by us in a timely manner.
