If you are a customer and want to order the publication of an article, keep in mind that your article will definitely be deleted after one year as they do not pay the website owner. This is how their sophisticated system towards publishers works: The money in the personal account is credited monthly in small installments - 1/12 of the item price. It therefore makes no sense to request a payout before 12 months have passed. As soon as the 12 months have passed, they have fulfilled their promised guarantee period to the client. The publisher therefore no longer needs to be paid. In my case, they did not pay for 8 publications worth 280 euros. Initially, after a two-month delay, I thought it was a technical problem on their end that they would soon resolve. The manager initially responded with standard phrases like "I'll sort it out", "I'll check", "I'll check". Later he stopped responding to messages altogether. So I decided to read reviews about them on Trustpilot. As it turned out, they treated a large number of publishers in the same way. So if you're an advertiser and you're happy with their work, their polite communication and the fact that your article was published - don't get too happy too soon and don't rush to thank them. Because after 12 months, they trick the website owner, resulting in your article being removed for non-payment, even though you, as an honest client, duly paid for the article. In the end, only SeedingUp benefits: The website owner remains without money. The advertiser is left without an article.

I have been using SeedingUp's (formerly Teliad) marketing options as a publisher for over 10 years. For about two years now, the support response has been delayed. Credit notes have also been paid out with a considerable delay since then. There has been no telephone support for some time now, only the answering machine is always on. Contact has now been completely lost for two months. Mails are no longer answered. Payouts are 4 weeks overdue. SeedingUp is completely dead in the water. Very annoying and a shame.

5* because I have been a publisher here for decades and still know the company as Teliad and everything has always gone brilliantly and many orders have been placed. Unfortunately, like the previous speakers, the company's payment practices have deteriorated. You can also see from the Federal Gazette that the company is currently going through a difficult phase. Ultimately, politics is to blame for the fact that most companies are emigrating or going bankrupt. There is also the problem with personnel. Be that as it may. After about 6-7 months, I received all my outstanding credit notes. But I was also in constant contact with the employees via e-mail. Of course, I hope that the company gets through this difficult phase well. However, bookings in general on all sponsored post platforms have fallen sharply. Unfortunately, the economy in Germany is rapidly going down the drain. Artificial intelligence is taking care of the rest with texting and co. I used to use the broker sporadically for seeding up. But now, unfortunately, it's all done by the bot. As a result, the company is also missing out on some revenue in this area. I wish the company all the best and continued success.
