It started out well. We gradually expanded the collaboration and increased both our budgets and our level of commitment. However, as AI became more important in online marketing, we increasingly lost confidence in the quality of the services. Based on our experience, the AI packages offered mainly resulted in high costs, a lack of clarity, and a lot of extra coordination, without any demonstrable results to show for it. In addition, mistakes were made while working in our Google Ads account, which had major consequences for us. For that reason, we decided to end the collaboration with immediate effect. We did give Seeders the opportunity to come up with a concrete recovery proposal, but in our view, it wasn’t sufficiently addressed. Considering the substantial amount we spent on the collaboration over the course of a year, we find the way this was handled particularly disappointing. As a dissatisfied former client, we therefore look back on the collaboration with disappointment.

Hi Joshua, We’re really sorry that, despite what we see as all the good and constructive conversations and the adjustments we made to the (mutual) way of working, the primarily negative feeling on your side still seems to be the dominant factor. Sharing that feeling in a review is, of course, completely your right, and we respect that as Seeders. That said, we’d like to add a few points for the sake of context and a complete picture, so that all readers also know our side: - At your request, we paused our specific SEO/GEO consultancy and link-building work in December 2025. We were flexible in scaling those activities down immediately, even though the quality of the link building was not in question. We didn’t hide behind the agreed notice period, and we offered financial compensation for part of the work that had been carried out, because we wanted to continue the relationship with you and Voja Travel—also given your wish to have our two Digital PR campaigns proceed in the first quarter of 2026. - It’s important to mention that Voja Travel decided at the end of last year to carry out a website redesign/migration project—a project in which Seeders did not play a primary role. Pausing our work at Voja Travel’s request, focused on organic visibility and authority, undoubtedly had an impact on the current organic positions and rankings, which was therefore a choice made by them. - Seeders always responded professionally and quickly, and adjusted in the meantime where possible. During our internal international quarterly meeting at the end of January, we gave you the floor to share your feedback with all team members. This was done openly and with full transparency—where you also clearly mentioned the positive aspects of our relationship, alongside the areas you felt needed improvement and your motivation for wanting to stop. - The two Digital PR campaigns that continued after SEO and link building were halted were, to the best of our knowledge, carried out to everyone’s satisfaction. It’s a shame that this isn’t clearly reflected in your review. - In May, you came back to Seeders in the air with (again) the question of what compensation Seeders would be willing to offer, while in January we had already reached agreement on how Seeders would handle this matter, including a clearly agreed outcome and your written confirmation that it would be “done.” In response to your email, Seeders replied professionally and sent information to your additional request for clarification; after that, we didn’t receive any further substantive response from you. We find it regrettable that we then have to read this review online—both on this platform and on other online review platforms. From our perspective, this is far from ideal for Seeders, but we can’t do much against it if experiences are shared in this way. As a company, we will have to accept that. We wish you and Voja Travel all the best, and we hope that—among other things—the organic results will soon show an upward trend again. Voja Travel is a great company, with good and fun employees whom we also enjoyed working with, and we’ve always found your personal story very inspiring. Wishing you success in the future!

Unfortunately, we’ve had an extremely poor experience. After being a satisfied customer with Tribal for over 10 years (D. van As), we were billed more than €27,000 for a project that was never delivered—and, according to Tribal themselves, cannot be delivered because they simply can’t. They referred us to another company and took no responsibility. Meanwhile, during this period, Tribal—presumably due to a bankruptcy—was acquired by Seeders, who use the same approach as David: ignoring the issue and taking no responsibility, while continuing to send invoices, of course. UPDATE: Seeders is actively working on removing bad reviews. Presumably, by using “clever” methods to access Google reviews, they were able to remove this review from my other account as well.
A reliable partner for my Google—thoughtful, communicates clearly, and always follows through on agreements. Top-notch people who really help you move forward!
