Caution—terrible support! Actually, there is no support at all, just a switchboard that repeats like a broken record that you should contact your reseller. Support and service made in Germany. This is particularly annoying when you can't reach anyone there or when your contact persons and their representatives have quit. And all this for a very general, trivial question... We have several devices in use that will be thrown out at the next opportunity.

Not recommended for sole traders who are just starting out in the MSP business. The salespeople are great salespeople. Access to the services the very next day, without mentioning that the 12-month contract period starts all over again. I invested a lot of money but didn't get any added value. There will definitely be no future partnership, as there was no response to my goodwill request for an early termination of the partnership, there has been no communication by e-mail in 1 1/2 years and Securepoint is simply all about the money. You can tell when the salesperson has been to your home.
