Secret Source Technology SL

Secret Source is a technology outsourcing agency headquartered in Las Palmas, in Spain’s Canary Islands. We build and supply IT teams for small and medium-sized businesses across the UK and the US. ## We believe happy developers deliver outstanding code People do their best work when they feel valued. That’s why our workplace puts staff wellbeing first, with flexible hours, remote options, ongoing career development, transparent promotion paths, individual mentoring, funded training and frequent team get-togethers. A happier team means stronger outcomes. ## Lasting partnerships matter more than one-off projects Trust grows over time. We make the greatest contribution when we become part of our clients’ teams and help them succeed for the long haul, rather than offering a quick, temporary fix. ## Client happiness is our measure of success Client satisfaction is a core performance indicator for us. We review it every month using a red-amber-green rating and work to keep every project firmly in the green. ## Working together makes the difference We foster psychological safety so our developers and clients can collaborate smoothly and consistently as one team. ## What sets us apart Our project managers are British and American, while our developers are based in the Canary Islands. You get the experience of working with a UK agency, paired with the cost advantages of the Canaries. ### What makes us unique **We speak your language.** **The same time zone as the UK** We share the UK’s time zone, with a little more sunshine. If you’re going to outsource your IT, choose somewhere you’d actually love to visit: the Canary Islands. **A pleasure to work with** A culture built on teamwork and wellbeing helps us retain our people and build enduring client partnerships, with excellent results across our projects. > “Integrity, friendship and trust are the things we value most in business. Secret Source shares those values. That’s why they’ve been our partner for six years, and why we’ll continue working together.” > > Mark Bjornsgaard, CEO, System 2
