If complaints are no longer available, the foil was of very poor quality and after a year it pulled together and looked terrible, so we had it replaced by a professional.

Dear Mr. Walden, After well over two years, you have complained that the film is becoming porous. Apparently, this was due to incorrect handling, using a cleaner that was too harsh, direct sunlight, etc. I offered you a replacement as a gesture of goodwill, but with the proviso that the material would have to be sent in and tested, because after consultation with the manufacturer there were no problems with this batch. We have also labeled several vehicles with the same film, which still do not have this defect. As you became very abusive at times, I have limited myself to correspondence. Unfortunately, you did not show up for the renewal appointment I offered you. Unfortunately, I can do no more for you in this case (the vehicle was labeled in May 2017). Kind regards C. Schütte
