We now have to take legal action for advance payments for services that were not rendered, as they were withheld & we or our law firm no longer responded to inquiries. Unfortunately, very dubious business practices. Unfortunately, the service also failed to meet our communicated expectations. I can therefore only agree with the previous speaker: Unfortunately a disastrous experience.

Perhaps others have had good experiences with the agency. - Definitely not me! I came across the company as part of the digital promotion program because it had the necessary certificate - just because of that. My experience was an absolute disaster. Not only because of the constant feeling of being C-prio and being pushed back again and again, but also because services were not provided or only incompletely. In some cases, serious mistakes were made that had to be ironed out by an external developer for a lot of extra money. This caused not only financial damage but also damage to the company's image. - Google ads on 404 pages. In addition, there was a considerable amount of additional communicative and financial effort, which ultimately culminated in the IBB demanding 90% of the services already approved in the final invoice back because the call-off deadlines were not met due to the fact that I did not want to pay for services with taxpayers' money that had not been provided. The first invoices that were paid ultimately came out of my own pocket. A lot of trouble, additional costs and an agency that I definitely cannot recommend.
