The wait times were way too long—15 minutes of play and then a 30-minute break every time. Rude for the price.

I went to LaserHero on Saturday and I was really happy with everything. Adjei took time for all our questions and answered them—such a great employee. He explained everything really well, so we didn’t have any questions left. I also think it’s great that they offer different packages. For example, I chose the Flat Night as my pricing option. We were even able to play almost nonstop as long as we let Adjei know and asked him when needed! A great place for anyone who just wants to play laser tag for a change!

I’ve never experienced anything this bad. We can’t reach anyone, and they won’t open the door even though we already booked.
