Sandav

My experience with SANDAV has been very positive. From the very beginning, I’ve felt supported and well taken care of, with close follow-up and clear communication throughout my time with them. I’d especially like to thank Raúl for his professionalism and the interest he’s always shown in making sure I felt comfortable with the project—checking in to see how things were going and being available whenever I needed him. That personal touch really makes a difference. //David

I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent experience I had throughout the entire selection and hiring process. From the very first contact, communication was clear, professional, and transparent. Each stage was very well organized, which instilled confidence and a sense of professionalism at all times. I’d like to give a special mention to Víctor Álvarez, who stood out for his approachability, availability, and professionalism. He was always ready to answer any questions, provide timely follow-ups, and guide me through the entire process, making the experience very positive. Without a doubt, this was an exemplary hiring process, one that values both the candidate’s experience and the human touch in interactions. Many thanks to the entire team—and especially to Víctor—for their excellent work.

I've been working with this consulting firm for a year and a half, and the support and attention they've provided have been unbeatable. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire team, and I would recommend them to anyone interested in joining a project with them.

I had the pleasure of meeting Raúl, who submitted my application to work for another company. Although we didn't reach an agreement, I must say that he treated me like a true professional, both in terms of follow-up and support. It was a pleasure!

A great consulting firm with excellent customer service and great projects

My experience at Sandav has been very positive from day one. I would especially highlight the team’s approachability, their high level of professionalism, and their constant willingness to answer any questions, which creates a work environment based on trust and ongoing support!

It's a great place to work. I've been working there for over 5 years, and the people are really nice. Even when you're out on a client assignment, they check in with you often to see how you're doing and if you have any problems.

I'm leaving Sandav after a year and a half with them. As consultants, they would call us to check in on how things were going with clients, and they were always friendly whenever we had any questions. The only downside, perhaps, was the "Christmas basket," which was a bit disappointing.

A top-notch consulting firm; they're very attentive to their employees.

My experience at this company has been truly positive. I was hired for a temporary client project, and I always felt supported and confident that there was a great team behind me, including Raúl Alonso and Lidia Cuerva. I have nothing but words of gratitude for them.
